International Warranty
All Chronoforce Timepiece on this site are a warranty for one year from the date of purchase under the following conditions.
Should this watch malfunction under normal use, it will be repaired without charge for one year from the date of purchase. If the watch requires service within the warranty period, request repair or adjustment at the store where purchased or the authorized watch distributor stamped in the warranty certificate, presenting the watch together with this warranty certificate. The customer shall not have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expense if :
- Damages, and/or malfunctioning of the watch after the terms of warranty.
- Damages, and/or malfunctioning of the watch, caused by a person unauthorized or its representatives.
- Damages to case, band, strap, buckle, or glass.
- Battery for quartz watches.
- Water damage unless marked "water resistant" (* water damage of leather strap is not guaranteed in any circumstance)
- Postage, insurance and other non-repair expenses are excluded from warranty.

Returns & Exchanges
Any purchase made through this website may be returned/exchanged in 7 days if the item is being shipped out.
Only apply on the wrong color or model being shipped out and manufacturer defect. The buyer has to bear all shipping fees and responsible for providing us with the tracking number.
